The gear advantage in pvp provided by Kunark loot is miniscule. 75hp from a crown of rile is rather meaningless in the grand scope of things when you're being focused in 30v30 pvp. Nihilum raids on average with 22-30 people. If a blue guild in whole were to transfer, one well versed in the ways of pixels, they could easily compete with nihilum. It's not until end game velious that the gear advantage begins to get ridiculous and even then you can use faction to your advantage.

Only real issue I have with blue players transferring to red is the number of twinks in comparison. Blue is so overrun with epic'd rogues it's stupid.

One of the reasons I decided to switch to red.. Which is worse? Having as many mobs to kill as you want or fighting to even find a single mob once every 5 to 10 mins?

Not to mention the community is better on red. Sounds crazy, but it's true.

Alright, I'll try this: why don't you red players want blues to come over with full gear?

You say you want more people. You say you want more PvP. You say that PvP is great by itself, and you say that PvP is great when it leads to PvE also. But these options you guys try to discuss to improve your server include limitations that will reduce the number of people you get coming over to red.

How does make sense in your minds, allowing anything less than copies with full gear, if you guys are really truly after more pop+more pvp instead of just easy targets?

There was a Thread like 2 months ago were Nilbog or Rogean said they were sort of in favor of doing such a thing. But it would be a one way street. I guess there would be a few do it with some alts. But no gear going over would be the pits.

I have no issue with blue transfers with loot don't care, at a fundamental level I wouldn't like it but the need for players on red outweighs the harm of the gear in my opinion and more people will transfer if gear is included.

It's the low levels with full gear that bothers me personally and it's the numbers that blue has compared to red that would make it either extremely toxic with griefing or create tons of grind groups. Could go either way with twinks coming over. High end.. I can't speak on it really. I don't see a problem with it, but I'm sure someone has some input on why it would be good or bad.

Alright, I can see how it can be a mixed bag then, regarding people bringing over twinks that messes up low-level PvP. But it's not like red doesn't have twinks that exist specifically to grief lowbies who are oor of mains anyway, right? It's not like even with triple pop red zones would be overflowing with people making it hard to level without running into hostile lowbie twinks, right?
