No point in blocking the e-mail when I can just keep collecting evidence.

Who cares, I've already filed report with his local police station, and I've encouraged every single person who is a victim of this crime, and it 100% IS A CRIME to do so as well. Civil litigation could be pursued, but after viewing this individuals facebook account, I can assure you there's little to no money that you would be able to extract from him.
