Actually, it's cheaper to keep someone in prison for life than it is to execute them. It's because the justice system has that whole "we don't want to execute innocent people" thing, and as a result the amount of legal work it takes to kill someone far out-costs just throwing them in a cell to rot forever.

On the plus side though, if they're stuck in prison their whole life that's a lifetime of prison rape to enjoy.

Yea that is just stupid, if you are found guilty of something like this with an exorbitant amount of evidence, no legal process should be follow. Just gun to his head.

I do hope he isn't allowed solitary confinement for his protection. The guy deserves multiple rapists in jail.

And the mothers too... A prime example of why if procreating had some sort of base intelligence test, the world would be far better off. They are equally as sick as he is.

That would be unconstitutional. Due process exists for a reason, and the most important time to follow it is in precisely these situations.

I'm going to take the unpopular stance, but I do not hope he is killed and/or raped in prison. If a person is supposed to be killed or raped in prison then they should be sentenced to be killed or raped. It undermines society to hand out one sentence only to later throw them to the wolves to be killed. If a person is supposed to die they should be sentenced to that, otherwise it becomes a farce.

And that is why compassion is both a virtue and a vice. It breaks the law sure, but this man showed a lack of any humanity. He devolves into an animal at that point in time and must be put down. I know I sound heartless, but rape; especially that of a child, is a crime that should strip you of any basic human rights guaranteed by any countries constitution.
