That was also while FE was raiding with IB and that particular incident was resolved between guilds, therefore should not have been petition-able.
Mainly this. Resolved conflict then used as petition later for shady benefit. Dbl trouble

I'd love to hear your excuse for 5 pullers being camped at Xygoz or for dottedup running right up to a wurm at zone in and walking it into our raid, those definitely seems like our fault.
I don't have an excuse, it was a mistake, and I'm not going to argue that it was fair. It's just a result of not coordinating who camps out at the dragon well enough. I will say though, that they were not camped at xygoz. Your fraps starts a long time after she spawns and pullers are still arriving halfway through the video. I believe your argument was "it takes longer than 40 seconds to run here from zone line, we tested it." Which is all fine and good, I agree with you. The rule is you can't have two people camped there, you don't need to exaggerate and say they were right there.

I'll tell you this though, FE/IB was guilty of the same exact thing numerous times, as was TMO during that time. Nobody back then really fought hard to enforce the 2 people past zone line thing. If we had 3-4 arrive at a dragon door at a questionable time it was just assumed the other guild was doing the same thing, as long as it wasn't blatant. You were put in a situation where you had to use that fraps and I don't fault you for it. But I know for a fact it happened many MANY times before that, on both sides. Imo this isn't really comparable to purposely camping an entire raid halfway through the zone. But that's what rules lawyers are for.

Simple solution.. don't let Tiggles play a mage.. we all knew it was going to end badly [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Layze's fraps began within 60 seconds of the mob spawning, and by the time he gets into Xygoz's lair theres already 3+ TMO coming out of the room. I know youre one of the few TMO on here that tends not to spin as hard as the others, but to suggest that the video is "a long time" after pop is disingenuous.

Also I believe the old dottedup fraps was used more to establish a history of raid interference rather than seek a punishment for that situation specifically.

Care to comment on Xygoz ? You had a front row seat.
Yes, I was on the rogue to open the door. I remember arriving at the door and thinking that this was pretty obviously too many people. We were definitely wrong/neglectful. I remember thinking the same thing a few times on IB/FE raids though. I don't recall any significant petitions resulting from it.
