![]() I semi raided last night. I wasn't part of any group but I saw a white dragon die and that was pcool since I don't get to see that every time I log in. Was funny to be feared for a while but in all my wizgoofiness I survived to tell the tale.
Congrats to all! P.S. = this happened all on BLUE.

![]() Red is for type "O" blood types and those are the players they really want to recruit for challenge. Griefers are type "O" who lack power, type "A" who hate the world, type "B" who are bored, or type "AB" who do not need an excuse to engage in unusual behavior. In my experience griefers are generally a minority, while the rest of the players just enjoy a good fight (read: are typ "O", and/or male). The problem is that on open pvp servers the griefers are what limit the population. If red wants more players grief the griefers ^^

![]() There are not many griefers on red. You guys are reaching for excuses to find reasons to deny yourself from having fun.
My first toon is my 54 ogre sk. I saw no twink griefers until I was level 32 in Mistmoore. This rogue twink who killed my group and after killing us all once he cracked a few jokes and let us move on with no interference. That was all the griefing I saw on this toon. My second toon my 56 rogue. I had a lvl 9 shaman fungi griefing twink in Crushbone. She was a beast and murdered many noobies. But ya out level her pvp range in a half hour or so. You can go from 9>14 in under an hour easy and then she is harmless. The next griefer was a lvl 26 or so troll sk fungi twink in MM. He wasn't good enough to kill anyone in our group because we had heals. The next griefer I met was an uber lvl 30 ogre warrior in Mistmoore, and he attacked our group BUT we had defeated him. It was an epic accomplishment. It was great for moral and bonding friendship with the people in thegroup. I still have friends from that night. Those are all the griefers i experienced leveling up. Honestly, the main mindset leveling up is to not even engage each other in pvp because everyone just wants to exp and get 50+ and pvp then, or raid.

![]() I've only played a bit on red and it isn't bad. Lvl 19 cleric. Took me maybe 2 hrs to solo to lvl 5 and then maybe 6 hours to group to lvl 19 (this time is including downtime for deaths, and people including myself running back to town to get spells and train skills). I've gotten pked twice in that time by twinks rushing our group when we had multiple mobs in camp. It was not aggravating, just slightly annoying.
Getting a group on red is actually much easier than on blue even with the low server pop. Global ooc makes it much easier and the fact that with each addition to your group you get so much more exp people don't really care that much about group make up. So pretty much any group will take you as long as you are within level range to get exp. I still enjoy blue more as I never liked pvp on EQ cuz it was never balanced for it. Red to me is simply blue on easy mode, and that is not a bad thing.

![]() Quite depressed that no one appreciated my Scarface pic. I thought it really captured the essence of the red server.
