I'll check out Tower of God. There are a lot of Anime movies back in the day that I encourage most young (younger than I) people to check out.

The ones I mentioned in my other posts are Ninja movies. Not Akira of course....but that speaks for itself. Any new person to Anime has to watch Akira 1988, at some point of time.

Mushishi (anime and manga)
FMA Brotherhood (anime)
Yakitate!Japan (anime)
Fullmetal Alchemist (manga)
From Eroica With Love (Eroica Yori Ai wo Komete - manga)
Breaker (Manhwa)
Nougami Neuro (manga)
Ouran High School Host Club (anime)
Princess Tutu (anime)

Anything by Miyazaki!

I used to watch Speed Racer, Robotech, Gundam, and all that good stuff when I was younger. Also watched Scooby Doo and ReBoot. I saw the first episode of ReBoot a while ago and wanted to gouge out my eyes, though. Times have really changed.

edit: And Thundercats!

Basically, all the works of Masamune Shirow up until after the first GitS movie. (Appleseed, Dominion Tank Police, New Dominion Tank Police, the original Ghost in the Shell.) Always loved all the "Tenchi Muyo" stuff too.

Also, "Sekai de Ichiban Tsuyoku Naritai!", because pop divas turned wrestlers.

I'm going to get a lot of hate for this but:

Maoyuu Maou Yuusha. Had some PLOT and some fanservice (I think. I don't really know what constitutes fanservice tbh) but even if the main chick wasn't a tittymonster I would still love this anime.

A review of it I read said that it was reminiscent of Spice and Wolf. Still haven't gotten around to watching that series, but if it's anything like this one I'll love it as well.

If you liked Maoyuu Maou Yuusha you're going to LOVE spice and wolf. You can view it on Funimation's website if you want.

IMO Spice and wolf is just better all around.

Japanese put in emotion in their dub and love it.
Spanish arent bad but for animes sorry no.
Brazilians can go fuck themselfs as they suck on dub even tho my childhood with dragonball was with dub portuguese.
English ones i cant really compare barely saw any dubbed, anime i mean.

Some Mangas beat the anime, and some have to be censored, and oh boy if you tell me you watched it in USA television censored and liked, we have a problem.

Red face

saw this film Patema Inverted today, very much enjoyed. Physics experiment gone wrong inverts gravity for a big chunk of the earth and population. Some apocalyptic Akira style imagery to tickle the goosebump bone but it's overall pretty lighthearted a la Miyazaki. Normal people live on the surface in authoritarian communist shithole. The "inverts" live underground and when they venture forth it leads to vertigo inducing scenes like this:

Waifu is pretty good, but #1 complaint is there is only 1 waifu in entire movie. otherwise good movie would recommend

also, lol @:
