50-66% slow. I found this item, however it is a rare drop from the Kiraikuei Mummies from the Plane of Hate. http://wiki.project1999.com/Slowstone_Amber 35-50% slow. The only other slow I could find was on a shaman and ranger item, as combat procs. http://wiki.project1999.com/Tagar%27s_Insects

They have half the hitpoints of other mobs their level, they hit like pansies, and do not cast. Theres 12 of them on a 13 minute respawn. It is the easiest and fastest solo exp you're going to get 44-51.

Rangers are an extremely underpowered class with a lot of utility. Monks can realistically solo past 50 (epic, fungi, tstaff?), rangers need guild support to get key items to allow soloing. You need a fungi, your epics, and a sky cloak to really have a shot. Being TMO gave me earlier access to my epics than most rangers, so I can't honestly say ranger soloing will work to 60 for everyone. It's extremely slow and never stops being dangerous. Ranger Soloing Self buffs: Grim Aura, See Invis, Sow, Levi, Str, Skin, Coat, Chloroplast, Thorns Required gear: Fungi, slow weapon (swarm caller / epic), dps weapon (woodsman / epic) Optional: DS potions Pull with bow (at 50+, 2x dmg on non-moving, non-rooted) Fight in safe area and begin trying to slow. Swap to dps weapon when slow procs. Continue fighting until your health drops below 50%. Root the mob. Keep fighting and refreshing root until hp gets to around 20%. Back off. Sit. Med. Regen. Shoot arrows in between ticks. Refresh root as needed. Repeat process until one of you dies. Damage shields and regen are doing most of the work here. Basically you use your hp as a weapon, so allow hp to drop as far as you feel safe doing so. Having sow all the time lets rangers get away, most of the time. I think fighting like this is fun, but it's not as efficient as monks because rangers take more / harder hits.
