Mage epic pet is the most chill eq you can play.

That said if you want to kill namdes that are level 50+ inside a dungeon youll need another class.

But if you wanna kill ANYTHING below that anywhere else, epic mage is the best funnest most chill way to play eq there is.

god I am so jelly.. On my blue shaman every night I would gate to my bind point, aka my apartment in North Freeport, where the merchant resided, aka my pretend RP wife, and recharge my 6 Wooly Spider Nets after a night of XP.

It was the most bad ass routine and since ive swapped to red its the only thing I miss (except for all my pals of course, olly, florid, reeb, you know the list [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] )

But yea, biggest downside to red is that you cant recharge those items.

Biggest upside is i can farm SF island freely with an epic mage pretty much whenever i feel like it which "nets" me more plat than you can imagine [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] (excue the pun)

oh for the days of cross server transfers so I could be banking 9k an hour /drool

The problem with the SF island is that after a while you may develop an allergy to it. I farmed it too much and now I'm intolerant to cyclops. :/

Same with shaman rotting. It never fails if as soon as a root breaks early im like 'FUCK IT!' and i log onto another charchter.

If a chanter pet damages my chanter at all 'FUCK IT'
