Klandi was left up overnight, Zlandi for a week, Yeli for a week

Smedy's crew of an intended raid size of 30 warriors did not slay them and most have PD gear and have been farming Velious. Comment? Not sure if you gotta know the timers when something is left up for 7-8 days so it can only mean one thing. Perhaps you gotta croot more?

Oh the agony of bringing in people who haven't pvped in EQ for 11 years without epic and fungus.

This is the biggest problem with the old Azrael crew. Outside of PvP being able to help people get geared up on their mains for the first time is one of the most rewarding things you can do in this game. The idea that you don't want anyone in your guild that would require "work" because they aren't at or above your level of progression has always been the biggest headwind for that group.

The solution to variance on blue is an appropriate server timeline, but there's not feasible given how much work had to go in for both mechanics and content. I see spawns being much less of a problem if they ever do a "finished project / timeline" server.

People having alts camped out at every raid mob and all the not so gr8 players sitting at max level for so long had obvious repercussions. Norrath is a delicate eco system.

Variance would give small 20 person guilds a shot at the easier velious mobs such as vindi, klandicar, and zlandicar, maybe even sontalak. If leaving these mobs up for several days is not helping enough, we must variance.
