Blue to Red xfers would def boost the pop. Not sure its a deal breaker but a lot of people did and would play if it was not in a torn cloth tunic / fine steel.

Best part is they might come over and make a guild and you might for a little bit at least see some pvp going on in CB, MM, Unrest, Guk, etc.

I guess people missed the first time around when a bunch of blue players came to red, got steamrolled and then bailed.

Probably should start looking elsewhere for people.
