And there is nothing you can do about it! The Eye isnt even suppose to be popped unless you kill Sirran, WHICH I DID...

Fuck VD and DA... they both cheated. They obviously had a GM spawn it for them or had a GM know when it was going to spawn. They were all fully buffed 5MINS before Inny shouted, " OHAI " and that's how they Eye died.
