Borxx was removed with the Runnyeye revamp so it is no longer possible to get the lens. I did slay him though and have one in the bank!

The quest should also be altered to not require it, I believe but will need to do more research.

I actually refer to surefall as qrg and the gorge as beholders maze by name and always have
