I just sold a MCT. Now you've already expressed your opinion on the item. However, while folks are racing to 60, it's a sweet item. Yes it does get nerfed, but most likly not for 4 1/2. So until then it gets to be badass. Also I believe it gets nerfed in stages. For expample, it won't drop anymore after a certain point.

First nerf is to make it offhanded only. It stops dropping a little later.

I will always go with something that is 1 more dmg 1 more delay. Mathematically speaking, the difference once hasted will be in the decimal points. And then you not only get the 1 dmg, you mite get more dmg bonus for higher delay.
