try extracting it into your EQ folder not your SONY folder

So im doing everything everyone is saying my problem is all the links people are linking are coming up broken.

I am getting this same error on both blue and green.

I never played green beta. Was there some sort of patch I was supposed to download that I didnt?

I have not gotten sorted. I updated bu copying everything over. anitvirus has been off, I have reintegrated dsetup.dll twice and I get the same message. using the v52 patch files

Same. All links I have tried to get latest patch lead to nowhere. I can't get on any server now. This sucks.

Adding here, same issue with the wrong file. I downloaded the 50h patch while it was available and unziped it to the correct folder. Added folder to Anti-virus white list. Still had the same error. Even tried turning off anti-virus and still had the same error.

Okay okay okay, I got it. Don't use the Beta files AT ALL anymore (duh) the Blue Green and Red servers all use the main patch files from now on. SO if you are still having this issue, download and patch the latest file (v52 as of this post) to your EQ folder. You should then be able to play on Green, Blue or Red. Good luck everyone.
