I wonder if these quests have been lowered in exp only for the duration of the increases spawn rates?

I was grouped with a friend. There were so many people in Steamfont that we just camped a static spawn of decaying skeletons. Also I bought some off of merchants.

Even if not for bone chips, decaying skeles drop armor, weapons (including cracked staves!), and bags. It's silly NOT to go for them if possible.

Sometimes sells drop 2 bone chips. He might’ve killed only like 100 level 1 skels. Not nearly enough to get to level 4

There are about 14 Repeatable Experience Quests... Has anyone checked any of the other quests to see if the same thing happens?

For all we know, maybe all of these Repeatable Experience Quests have been XP nerfed so people aren't trying to hurry up and powerlevel themselves.

It appears most if not all quest experience was nerfed. Shame that no notice was given, because that's a pretty big change.

The Janam & Rebby note passing quests were severely nerfed from level 2 on. Not classic. You could gut out 28-34 trips of doing both quests for level 4 on old retail, with Blue giving slightly more, but the exp dropoff was sharp after 4. It looks like a blanket nerf hit everything from what folks are reporting.

It's also not classic, so changes for the as-close-to-classic-as-possible server happened, what, within the first hour?
