So not exactly same item BUT
it does have the weird variance in drop rates. over 2days i spend 5 to 6 hours total for my boots with 2 boots dropping in a row in front of me. one enchanter after me spent only 2 hours to get his boots and a poor warrior spend 6 hours more before he finished 36 hours over various days to get his. The list from short experience seems to work. Yes i was lucky in my short camp vs that poor warrior. The variance can be long but range is a b#tch sometimes on this sever <shrug> Ps never plan to do mana stone camp here it just not worth it to me.

There are already server rules set up, if we follow these and then put a special agreement together (like a few camps on blue) I feel we don't need the list, on all 3 camps. I feel like this should have been approached earlier in the cycle and an in-game script/function should not have been the solution. It's just not in the spirit of EQ to force these things on players. We all love EQ because of no restrictions. It's one of the only games where you can drop a level 50 item on a level 1, for example. This is no different then putting a level requirement on an item. | |||

Seems like working as intended, dude didn't get the item, still gets locked out so he can't relist. The list moves on to the next person and if the guy was being a mooch then he got what he deserved.
The only reason to care is "omg but the BP ROTTED THE PRECIOUS BP"...guess what that guy selling or hoarding that one BP of many isn't going to mean jack shit to you in a week much less in five months, and none of these items really mean jack shit to anyone in the grand scheme of things. Keep plugging away to get one by all means but spare us the righteous indignation over your pixel idealism please. | ||
