They were rotated until RenamedGuild started sniping them instead of trying to work with the rotation.

I once waited too long to do the final turnin to start my Ring War and depopped it. I started my timer when the dwarves started talking to each other instead of from when I handed it in. No clue why, totally just retarded non-thinking.

Why wait til the last possible minute?
You would think being on double secret probation when it comes to RW would make Ghxst raid leaders actually try hard not to f' up but clearly by failing a 3rd time Ghxst has either poor leadership or complete disregard for other players on the server.
