I think this day in age, we are surrounded by price tags on almost everything. Even at an auction, you are still given a starting bid. Basically, if you're not attaching a price to the item you are trying to sell, you're wasting everyones time. It's such a bitch going through the hoops of negotiation when other person just highballs the shit out of you.
