If you're not in the room, someone will take your camp in a zone like that. Honestly, it should all be considered one camp, but it's not because once you start allowing exceptions to the rules, you get complications and blurry lines. I call out multiple camps when someone CC's, but I know if someone wanted to they could just sit and wait in one of the rooms and I wouldn't be able to do anything.

We don't need a ten page set of rules with an addendum from every whinny bitch who had a hard time. Deal with it. Move on and never help the people who shit on you.

Now was this all really worth making a thread about? As far as I'm concerned, posting a rant thread draws as much flame to oneself as it does to the object of the rant. You're really just posting for our entertainment.

the simple solution is to stop being a bunch of crybabies and push for a quick release of and then play on the pvp server.

lol i cant imagine how pathetic and lame it must be to have someone randomly show up and there being nothing you can do about it, or likewise going somewhere to discover there is already someone else and being unable to eject them.

that side of what should be considered one camp. This garbage rule of "you have to be standing on or in the direct room" is dumb and promotes people being dicks to one another. Which leads to GM's complaining about everyone else complaining.
Wrong. People being dicks to one another is result of 1 group/soloer wanting to claim more than the spot they're camped in.

You've taken the complete wrong perspective and need to chill out.

Oh also, the idea that you've actually griped about leap frogging is clear evidence that you're clueless about live server dynamics.

TR jacked up Trak for the server first by leap frogging us. Guess what? That's EverQuest, and always has been.

Believe it or not, different servers had different rules which different GMs enforced differently. I like saying different.

Some actually ported guilds out for leapfrogging, some didn't care if you trained your ass off. This whole notion of "that's not how it was on live" has been brought up again and again by the completely clueless. That argument held no water back then because it was relative to whom you referred to and which server you played on; needless to say that argument isn't valid here either.

and even to your point, on Rodcet Nife leapfrogging was necessarily even considered bad manners.

^ oh and to clarify Rodcet Nife was a bleeding blue server, very friendly stereotypical blue.
