Nobody could have seen this coming. Nobody has said, in the past 20 years, to expect more extreme weather in the world. I cant think of a single person, organization, government program, not a single document which has EVER said "weather will become more extreme. Summers will become hotters. Winters will become colder. Storms will become more violent and powerful.". Its almost like, god is punishing texas for some reason... maybe the gays??
