My reasons:
Repeatedly trolls outside rants and flames.
Derails topics by off topic posting.
Perpetuates the attitude of attacking other users.
Full throttle low quality posting since his unban.
Does not aid and contribute to the community.
Very rarely engages in topics related to everquest.
Makes questionable posts and then deletes them. (which staff can still see)

Except Horza doesn't repost reddit/chan meme. He attacks people, derails topics and spams his political stance on threads that are not political in nature.

There is a distinct difference here chortles mc snortles who streams everquest, talks about everquest and reposts a funny meme.
