Update: SMS Errors

Account number (322168) - having major issues with this SMS login. Cant reset password - cant get a verification code - hell I can't even verify the SMS number to make sure it's correct. I have had this toon since 2015 - if I have lost it because of this .... I will be very upset. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any update on when this will be addressed or if it can at least be disabled to allow for a stalled set-up to continue?

Or is the only pathway available to create an entirely new account?

It will be great if someone can resolve this problem soon. I can't play my main characters. I'm not starting over if I lose all my progress.

There are so many people without access to their accounts because of the SMS system. Wish they'd just get rid of it and allow password resets via email like they do with the forum account !!

Was looking to come back after over a year away. Forgot my PW, and tried to reset it with the SMS. Still haven't gotten it, so I guess it's still bugged?

you wont/haven't lost your accounts. I am sure they are working on the fix as you type your end of the world comments because your mains are currently unaccesible. all will be ok im sure.
