Oh yeah I'm just coming from a minimalist standpoint - everything has a flavor. I don't taste carboard when I eat those cereals.
I do love me some homemade kefir, fresh wild blackberries (there's vines all around the land outside the city where I'm at), black curarnts (get those instead of raisins, way healthier for you), all those other fruits.. figs... fresh pressed almond milk... you betcha. <3 | ||
