We want ooc to be removed cuz it changes the whole gameplay not cuz we dont want to read it. Stop the fucking "just turn it off" comments....

I didnt want to discusse about it cuz im bored of all those "remove global ooc" threats too, i know the pop. is not high enough for it yet so i dont see a point in threads like that until server pop is 1k+ at peak hours.

But im more tired of the "just turn ooc off" comments....you guys just dont get why some of us want global-ooc to be removed.

nedala, the point is that we are a community. there are alot of people enjoying the serverwide drama in ooc, classic or not. its not like everything brad did was good.

disabling /ooc would bring us a step back, not forward.

I'd be willing to bet a manastone that more people want it removed then want it to stay at this point in time. But its hardly worth arguing because I am pretty sure it will be removed within the month anyway.

Besides we need to focus on the more important matter at hand, like who is going to start the all mage guild?

I love how everyone always ignores the people who were here and playing back when global channels were turned off. I was for it until it was taken out for a few days. I am no longer for it unless we see a population increase to about 1,000 on off peak hours.

The amount of people who simply stay anonymous here is also something to consider when removing global channels. Remove them, and you have to go back to sending tells to get groups together with 1/5th the population that a live server had back in classic. Unable to /who anonymous people? good luck getting a fucking group together. (And before you go, well people will have to take off /anon and go back to /lfg! No, they won't, just like EC tunnel will never come back. Take druids for example.. although they would like a decent group, many will solo with /anon on happy enough that they aren't being bothered. It's bad enough to find healers at 3am who actually want to do shit now.)
