imo DT cycle should only start with the intent to kill draco, golems or CT. Meaning you need to be in zone and mobs need to be cleared. Starting it before you even zone in is with the intent to grief.

Very naive Amelinda to think you can set a rule that splits hairs like this and believe you have done anything productive or anything besides make more work for you and your staff, and create gray areas that players will exploit.
