Could have TMO taken the mob back after it was tagged off our monk by BDA -- YES, could have but- for guild relations it was decided to go ahead and let BDA have a shot at it AS there were not very many BDA in attendance, but after it was reset by Ambrotos because it falling under the earth - BDA did get more of an advantage as more BDA in zone to kill it , plus time for buffing and the Train that BDA had brought to themselves wouldn't be a factor in the reset killing of draco.

Why can't it be both? We had FTE and pulled it to camp. While pulling it in, BDA pulls it off our monk. We made the conscience decision not to pursue it. We told Ambrotos we were fine with giving BDA another shot. I'm sorry if this clashes with how you perceive TMO but that's all that happened.

I just don't understand what part of that was leap frogging. Let's analyze this data.

BDA = Around 10 - 1 kiting bard
TMO= at a minimum 25 including multiple pulling monks

TMO pulls the mob and accidentally passes by BDA camp
BDA Proceeds to kill the mob with zero pullers to fetch Draco

Ambrotos comes in and decides to give BDA a 2nd chance because the mob went under the world but you withheld the information about having only around 10 players in zone on TMO pull.

Should we call this just another typical BDA shadyness?

The least you can do is appologize for the confusion, I sersiously thought highly of BDA until this happened.

If you're really confused about why this event is being brought up, here it is: one day later in Sky, a virtual mirror image of the Draco event was played out (except TMO didn't KS Gorg after it was pulled off our kiter). We didn't petition Draco (even if we would have the logs weren't complete according to Ambrotos) yet we were slammed with the longest p99 raid suspension for something that is a relatively common practice here. If you still don't know why we'd be upset I guess I can't explain it any more clearly.

Once again. This is a blatant lie. I was personally out there fetching draco. I tagged him with temp flux staff. What is so hard to understand about this fact, I am not so sure.

No. This is not a virtual mirror of the Draco event. You were kiting Gorg for upwards of 15 minutes. You had no intention of killing him. It was quite evident. This is a case of griefing, not of FTE. If you do not like the ban or disagree, take it up with the GMs. I would like to hear their reasons, not yours.

Finally. Draco can be killed with less than 2 groups post-release of Kunark. Saying that BDA had 10 in zone while TMO had 25 is moot.
