I got him yesterday, after maybe about an hour, hour and a half tops. But the week before when I did it for myself, it took 20+ hours.

I got him today uncontested camp, he was simply up when I walked into the zone. Guy that came up behind me, got him to spawn immediately next again. Simply sometimes the number generator is nice, sometimes terrible.
