Honestly can't say that I doubt it. I do also believe that the current system for tracking RMTs/boxers is completely inadequate. I reckon that a solid 60-80% of people doing both do not get caught. I'm unsure entirely if it's just because they don't have a decent system to track this stuff or if it's lack of volunteers as guides/gms, but rogean can always do another GM/guide app for the server to help.
