Pilates is harder. Imho.

Some yoga isn't hard. Some is insane.

I had run through it once. Mostly just the routine and not all the extra little diet tasks they tack on. Probably skipping about half the times I was supposed to do the extra abs video at the end.. but of all of them, the yoga video tore me up the most! You wouldn't think so just cuz of the reputation yoga generally has.. Is that the one where the someone farts and the dude's like "Oh my God.."?! I mean, was that the last day you had the studio so no redos or what? Hahahaha

Yeah, it was either the yoga, core, or stretch one. I looked quick on YouTube and couldn't find it but I got shit to do here so I didn't look real hard hahaha but I coulda swore I was showing a friend an used YouTube to show him. Probably cuz I happened to know which video and general timestamp it was at...

Yeah they kicked my ass, disclaimer: I am by no means "fit" and even by the end , I could only do about half the videos rep for rep. The real testament is, humans are more adaptable and resilient than we give ourselves credit for (as me don't live a majority of our lives exposed to the need) and that it doesn't have to be perfect to still be beneficial

[Edit] and lastly - farts...

This is why a pet peeve of mine is anyone who feels the need to correct other people’s form in the gym when doing an exercise

I’ve had 1-2 people do it to me years ago when I was a noob, and it took all my considerable willpower to cordially say “oh…thank you!” rather than scowl my way through their instructions

I’ll never do it to anyone nowadays. It doesn’t matter how bad someone’s form is, unless they are literally injuring themselves, they are still getting SOME benefit from a movement, even when doing it badly
