Yeah they kicked my ass, disclaimer: I am by no means "fit" and even by the end , I could only do about half the videos rep for rep. I’ve had 1-2 people do it to me years ago when I was a noob, and it took all my considerable willpower to cordially say “oh…thank you!” rather than scowl my way through their instructions I’ll never do it to anyone nowadays. It doesn’t matter how bad someone’s form is, unless they are literally injuring themselves, they are still getting SOME benefit from a movement, even when doing it badly | |||
