Why would race matter? The only reason I can think of is sentiment I’ve had back in the day when I’ve had an East Indian or Asian doctor who’s accent was so thick I couldn’t understand them I’d be thinking “man, can we get some doctors who speak clearer English in here?” To which the response would be “sir, that’s RAYCISS!”
