Most judges are sworn in on a Bible because this is incredibly common in America. Conservative Christians who really want to be the targets of oppression don't get to have the cake and eat it too.

I think the point you've missed is that those Democrats who you think exclusively attack Christianity grew up around Christianity, and not Islam or the Jewish faith. Those religions don't have a majority share in America to the degree any form of Christianity does.

I don't give China shit, most of the time. I give America shit because I live there, grew up there, and understand it better. Similar to oppressive conservative Christianity, we're all familiar with that bludgeon. Internal criticism is usually more valid.

Not all conservative Christianity is oppressive. But the oppressive Christians are always conservatives.
