This is getting ridiculous. Two nights in a row youre going to set guillds with a full duration lockout because of your server issues?! This has to stop.

We are 20 minutes into our SSRA raid. When we log in all of our lockouts need to be cleared for every single player on Phinigel. We have already lost a week in vex thal because of the wraiths being on the trash lock out. Now we will lose our Emperor that finished our keys for Vex Thal. I know we are behind the pack and I know this is affecting more than Sad Dragons.

Stop doing this to your paying players.

It definitely sucks, and they have the ability to wipeout lockouts but it opens a door that they don't want to open. We lost a shot at Khati Sha Tuesday and Vex Thal yesterday, it really sucks.

for sure - its laughable bc they had a recent promotion of 'reduced lockouts' for a limited time and it seems the server has been unstable ever since they announced that basically rendering the halved lock outs pointless bc bugs will just add lockouts on people.

I just get a giggle when Phinny posts take up the majority of the TLP forums and they are all demanding this and that. Reminds me of here!

Yeah, there are a few of those for sure.
reduced timers are still going on but there is a bug where players added after you kill something in an instance get a full duration lockout instead of the shorter one.
yesterdays down was due to a bad patch earlier in the day that broke guild villages whatever those are and apparently deleted a bunch of guilds. shared codebase means they hav to take phinny down to fix live server shit too :/

As an officer, it's all profit; the council will see your contributions over everyone else. And if it's an item you don't want, you can impose your will on the loot council and pick the person you like.
