You can only bank = to the level you are from what I'm told. So can stack a max of 60 AA.

I don't know that Chest needed the help, it was a pretty unanimous vote from council and members alike that he get it when it dropped. At that point it was like a year since he'd gotten any kind of upgrade, yet several hundred hours of invested time upgrading other members from leading planar raids and shit. I doubt there was a sour person in the guild about that decision.
