Umbral Plains isn't level locked. I did just what you said at some point on live.

But Elysian gear does have a recommended level so the stats scale down to your level.

The Elysian stuff is pretty common, only took me 30 kills or so for a full set for my druid. The mobs in Umbral have a boat load of HP compared to other mobs in the expansion though - the Elysian remains have 18-22k.

It's a circlejerk thread for a guild who got pushed off content on blue because the staff refused to give them guaranteed pixels again following Kunark. They got mad and left in protest thinking people would care, but they stick around to remind everyone that they downing 100% of raid mobs in private instances they walk into.

Yea I recall it taking 10 Winged Death/Breath of Ro to down them. On top of epic and Drones clicks.

I'm down to punch stuff in UP before raids or Fri-Sun if I'm around, although I don't know if that stuff is worth the time invested
