pretty sure the system was created so your friends and or fellow raiders didn't have to be in the exp group to get loot

here's the real story. chest was in 3rd gate buying port stones on his monk. verina popped so he tagged it and pulled to the zone line. being a good raider, he used a DA idol, his discs, and 5 soulfire charges while a donals cleric was on the way. cleric arrives and 20 minutes of 20 sec CHs later (thats 60 CHs), mordhot shows up to land the killing blow. chest looted the book and MQd it to zyryn (bda ench) because he somehow never finished his epic.

Yeah...TMO had a big falling out when FE merged. Zee ran off with the guild bank, not sure if just holding, rmt'd, or banned. Mazum's good for the guild.

Revisionist history? Didn't Zeel rage quit when Rogean did mass bans on TMO for cheating? Which was well before FE sold out.

He did. Then TMO reformed. Then he decided that they had "no right" to reform TMO, took the guild bank and went over to IB. Haven't seen him on in a while.

edit: He wanted to make a big impact on the server with his leaving. Turns out it didn't matter as much as he thought it would. Was a good RL / SK, but a bit dramatic.

Well, I kind of get what you're saying, but I'm just having a little too much fun lawyering up in here...

Glenzig - there are plenty of reasons for a person who was not in the "kill" group to have an opportunity to loot a corpse before it rots. They range from bannable to tolerable to acceptable. It's extremely clear where this act fell.
