Null did the awesome custom events, I think we can all agree the Rile Event era that he created was one of the best periods in the history of garagebox. Null the cleanest whistle of any GM.

besides a few simple things like adding a check if someone is within level range or guilded, tweaking resists and melee pushback vs. players, and a few other things there really isn't a whole lot that needs to be done to convert red-> blue. even the leaderboard only took about 20 minutes to code (although I could never come up with a good formula for calculating pts)

well the hard part is getting them right, but you just need a test dummy

Big things that gotta be tweaked:
Snare/Mez/root duration
Can't Charm/Fear players.
Make sure mitigation is working properly.
Spell casting Line of Sight.
All damage is scaled appropriately.
Adding yellow text broadcast for pvp kills.


Rules that should absolutely be enforced:
No Training.

I disagree with training. I'm no PVP king, but I think you should be able to use all tactic to crush your enemy, no ?

You should be able to follow the trail of "r u mad bro" posts to find them. Occasionally one will post a screenshot complaining about another player with their own entire screen filled with macroquest text which will spawn a 6 month long thread where some guy from sweden will post a picture of 2 dogs fucking each other on page 72 then thread gets locked by moderator.
