So lets recap, BDA leave P99 because they aren't good enough to compete in the Velious raid scene anymore...with the warm bodies leaving in droves for better options.

BDA think that by leaving in protest that something might get done about the raid scene on P99, or that somehow Sirken will fence off some dragons for them with some guaranteed pixels like they enjoyed in Kunark. Well that didn't happen.

Bravely BDA start on Phinny (NO TURNING BACK NOW GUYS!), making sure to stop off and buy some pixels with their wallets "to help us level quickly"...Daybreak saw them coming, but it's cool because there's no such thing as a better guild as they have their own instanced dragons and can continue their awful loot council system away from criticism.

We're treated to a "here's what you can find in Zone X" list of NPCs as if that's supposed to make us all jump onto Phinny. P99's pop remains fairly steady, nobody is biting.

One by one Chest's forumquest batphone crew who are usually quick to jump in and defend their guild start to get disillusioned... their presence here shrinks. Chest just posts more updates that nobody cares about, then finally...speculation that the whole thing might be collapsing.

Even if it isn't, the guild is going to fizzle out eventually.

Additionally, yes, it does take a while to get a damn pixel sword or whatever. But that is not Hanzo's concern, nor is it Chest's. He swore, years ago, to no longer feed this madness. But the fact remained, that the voice of one makes little difference to what the voices of many still want. Whether one takes up the sword or not does not decide, that there is battle.

So into this quandary, which destroyed Lee at Gettysburg, stepped the way of the casual. When there are always Pickett's wanting to charge, what matters who makes the sword?

There's no difference in the quantity of loot that drops between a council or dkp guild. A competent loot council would award those chase bis items to their high RA members just like a dkp guild, all the dkp does is put a numerical value behind it.

Jesus christ swish. I know you're a troll. I also know you have an unhealthy obsession with another avatar on the internet named Chest Rockwell. The raid scene sucked dicks then, and im sure it sucks dicks now. What do rational humans do when they dont like something? Keep doin it? Naw dog, they try to change it. Which was attempted here, and was failed. So the guild as a whole(basically) left to play another game. Its rational to most people. To you its an epic loss for anyone involved, especially chest because you are serioulsy, like cliniclly obsessed with him. Why might BDA not have a strong forum presence here anymore you ask? They dont play on the server anymore numbnuts. I dont either, but i still read this one fucking stupid thread.
