I probably am 60 pounds heavier than the limp-wristed Sikorsky. Even if I wasn't a little overweight and had 3% body fat or whatever, I'd still weigh a solid 215 or 220. It helps in sports oftentimes.

I mainly stick to basketball and golf now, I'm pretty good at basketball, golf is a work in progress. One of the benefits of many old people around it means there are also many golf courses, so thats a newer thing.

Occasionally some ultimate frisbee - but I hadn't played ultimate in a few months since I moved (until last night since Ive been back in my previous town w/ work, got a few games in with some pals).

I have many outdoor activities I enjoy, I just wouldn't necessarily classify them as sports.
