How do you not suicide yourselves IRL everytime you die to PVP is beyond me. I am guessing with all the screenshots of people being PKed that i should not be surprised when you gank someone that it is the highlight of your day.

Because you were only using 8 people in your fights. Melee push does work (last Vox kill I participated in on blue we used it to kill her faster and get around the Cheal), you just need more melees.
