If you are a casual player it is better. The server even has PvP points and leaderboards so if you have 2 people with 8 chars a small group of 4 can probably come in and sweep up 8 easy kills.

As for clearing velious you are still working on clearing Unrest solo so I don't see why it makes a difference to you.

If I needed to coordinate with 40 people to down shit I don't care about I would be on red99 in Nihilum.

The PvE is weak on LoZ, because no one cares about it. Like I said before it does have its negative since people that put in a ton of time get bored quicker and leave. For me I don't put in enough hours to get bored of it. I just play it until the population dwindles and go on to the next thing.
