Enchanter is about stacking CHA ASAP:
Crude Stein -15CHA, 50p
Golden Cat Eye Bracelet - 7CHA, 35p
Gypsy Medallion or Cat Eye Plat Neck (JC) - 9CHA, ~150-200p
Electrum Star Ruby Ring - 7CHA, 100p
Platinum Star Ruby Veil - 9CHA, 250p

That's 61 CHA for 770p, putting you over 150CHA for even the lowest CHA enchanters (assuming +25CHA on creation). Although an extremely strong case can be made to swap the two CHA rings (14CHA/200p) for two 5AC/55HP (total: 10AC/110HP) rings for 500p. Being able to charm reliably from L12 is game-changing.

Add:
Opalline Earrings (150pp)
Stein of Mogguk (for INT) (~350pp)
Sarnak Arcane Fetish (~400pp)
Splitpaw Necklace (10pp or get rot in SK)

Serrated Bone Dirk (50-100pp) (can use later to get snare proc)

SK:
Ashenbone Shield (No drop in Kithicor from General. Ask nicely to loot it because
usually it rots. Might also be able to get a no-drop weapon also)

Hero Bracers (400pp) -- great item for any melee that can use them.
