That's just the thing needed to get RD members to join the new Az resistance. Think about it... same thing was stated by the duke himself when RD/AZ combined. The exodus of AZ from RD was the biggest blow to any chance for the resistance. It just wasn't thought out too well and when simulated repop was announced the idea of going back to smaller crew for better chances of loot made you cats not think about repercussions to RD. Now you guys are really showing brainless actions by making statements like above or the /ooc whine fest that spews from Novus, Lite, and others in AZ. All you're going to accomplish is the certainty that less RD members or new people on r99 who could be az recruits choose to join you in your new resistance.

As soon as az left rd, rd was reduced back to rebuild mode since az contributed a chunk of the lvl 60s in RD. So HB recruits alot of new meat... players new to r99 etc. Now you are welcoming them with statements like this.

Like it or not. RD is critical if you want to compete with nihilum. That's why AZ members leaving was dumb as the fuck, and this blowback chest thumping shit is even dumber.
I don't speak for AZ.. I have no intention of "competing" with Nihilum. I didn't leave. I was gone for a week came back.. zero communication and was disbanded and my DKP removed. You know everyone said to trust HB again, and I did. I was the biggest proponent of fixing whatever happened. You know this needed to happen to see his true colors. I was fine with what RD had going.

With this though, those true colors came out... Why not just merge Nihilum and get it over with?

This post sums up why red dawn isn't working with azrael, and it has zero to do with nihilum pixel packages. You were removed? ROFL. You left the guild of your own accord dude who are you kidding? Zero communication? You didn't even send me a tell before leaving. You're welcome though for helping get you a VP robe bro, taking you into red dawn 1.0, looking out for you etc. Holy fuck what drugs do you people use?

Yah zero.. Really, like 5 people don't have access to my account? That's not really an issue tho. I am just trying to say I wasn't a part of this whole thing.

I honestly just didn't think you'd slip that far.. Nihilum wasn't griefing RD, AZ had no intention of fighting anyone but 60's. We knew that deal went down before the sim repops man. Someone can post the "prof" if they want to. Just stop trying to spin it.

I am just trying to figure what is the difference between a RD tag and a Nihilum tag? Other than one is about to be on the receiving end of a shitstorm of yellowtext Last time I checked Nihilum is PVP'd and KOS at all times regardless of level.

Above post is a highly immersed individual who takes game way too serious. Azrael is composed of these individuals. This is why allying with them is impossible. Thanks for continuing to prove my point.

More spin.. Like I said I never had any issue with ANYONE in RD. Are you going to explain the difference between RD and Nihilum now? Oh wait, just continue to deflect.

I could make plenty of arguments about why someone would want to be in Red Dawn over Nihilum. Not everyone is a min/max power gamer that is seeking instant end game gratification. Many people develop bonds with the people they're guilded with, enjoy being that "lower tier" guild that's constantly progressing. They enjoy that the encounters are more difficult with "less skilled" pve'ers or with less numbers, and don't find the same satisfaction being in an already progressed guild where the encounters are done with ease. It's the difference between joining a cutting edge WoW progression guild where heroic raids are on farm and look easy [because they've had it on farm for months], and you just sleep walk it, vs. being part of a lower tier guild who wipes repeatedly and struggles but you get that great feeling of satisfaction after beating the encounter. Neither approach is "right" or "wrong."

Some people may also not be comfortable with the people Nihilum guilds. Nihilum is definitely THE pve guild on Red99. Because of this, they're willing to accept almost anyone to help them achieve their goal, knowing that since they hold the carrot [pixels], they can force members in line. For many people, they don't care. If you'll help me kill the mob so be it, just please shut up and keep the drama to the boards. Red Dawn hasn't taken that approach. Again, neither approach is right or wrong, just different ways to play the game.

There's a difference of loot systems. Some people are philosophically opposed to officer council. Others hate DKP.

I could go on and on with the differences about why someone may be happy in Red Dawn vs. Nihiulm, or vice versa.

What IS indisputable however is, that Azrael was with Red Dawn and had the chance to be one united guild. Your fearless leader, without communicating to any of the leadership of Red Dawn, decided to end that. Now you're asking why we haven't allied with you guys? Not sherrif srs.
