Neither server is actually truly classic. Arguing over degrees of classicness is just a losing battle for both sides. But both servers are awesome.

The only reason I say EQ was meant for PvP is because you use about 60% more spells than you will ever use on blue.

I'm fairly sure the original devs of EQ were quoted somewhere as having said PVP in EQ was a complete afterthought. Not positive on that but I'd heard it multiple times before ever playing on p99.

Red server exact same game as blue. We lack some updates that y'all do because they get put in later but it's still the same game.

I'm sensing some urgency since lately a lot of blue players have come to red and been enjoying it. Something pretty sweet about fighting for your spawns and raid mobs that you will never get on blue.

Neither server is for everyone but no need to bash them because you don't like it.
