Default Greengrocer Motion to Authorize Meat-Spin

UPDATE: Wise Honorable GM Sirken, having reviewed Greengrocer Motion to Authorize Meat-Spin, ORDERED issuance of the permit finding Greengrocer meat-spin lawful cuz not gambling on da TwitchTV on August 25, 2014. IT IS SO ORDERED.

MOTION

Juntsie, counsel for Greengrocer, hereby move for GMs to post public statement (the "permit") authorizing Greengrocer to perform meat-spin.

MEMORANDUM

I. Introduction

Dis Motion about allowing Greengrocer to operate lawful meat-spin game whereby person pay nominal, token fee, and Greengrocer spin random wheel and give person meat. Dis Motion brought in response to recent, well-intended and reasoned, GM policy barring casino to prevent RMTing. GM should grant motion and allow meat-spin cuz it not gamble/casino, it unrelated to RMTing, it well-established server tradition, and meat good for community.

Because meat-spin not gambling or casino and have no nexus to RMTing, Greengrocer request permit to authorize meat-spin. Permit will not harm community. In fact, community will benefit cuz more meat. Everyone love meat. It taste gud. Juntsie love meat. There is gud cause to grant permit.

II. Facts

Meat important part of community. It good protein, and keep people happy. Meat sell for nominal fee, usually less dan 10 plat per meat, unless very rare, like dragon meat.

Greengrocer operate lawful meat-spin. It well established server tradition. Member of community pay nominal, token fee to Greengrocer to cover his operational costs, with almost no room for profit, to provide meat-spin service. Person basically pay Greengrocer for meat. Den Greengrocer spin wheel and give person da meat dat match. Dis not gambling.

Greengrocer also provide community with food for reasonable price. One of few merchant who provide food. Without Greengrocer, Juntsie's expert determine dat community only eat ration, which lack nutrients. Juntsie's expert anticipate dat increase health cost will incur.

Earlier this week, GM ban casinos to stop RMT sales. Not disclose how related but state good cause. Greengrocer does not dipsute dis action.

III. Analysis

GM afforded wide discretion to authorize act and determine violations. GM afforded discretion to issue permit or statement authorizing activity when ambiguity exist under rules. Anti-casino policy ban casino dat accept large sum of plat for chance to win more plat or item. Policy intended to stop RMTing.

Meat-spin not casino or gambling. It simply payment for meat of variable type. Meat guaranteed. Person pay for meat - dey not pay for chance to get more plat or item. Dey purchase meat. Meat-spin unrelated to RMT or inflation of plat. It have no bearing on issue. It create no problem.

Norrath public policies support meat-spin. Meat-spin provide many with meat. It help proliferate rare type of meat. It encourage people to bake. Dere is no dispute dat meat gud. Meat-spin make tummy happy. Meat-spin well-founded server tradition. Honorable GMs should issue Greengrocer meat-spin permit.

CONCLUSION

For reasons above, Greengrocer request permit for meat-spin.

DATED: August 21, 2014.
