when u absorb 2nd biggest guild on server it is mass recruiting

why would they join azrael when azrael loses a vast majority of the raid mobs?

Job disbanded the guild and we took 8 of their members, we didn't absorb anything.

Better leadership, a core of experienced pvpers, less loot needed, casual friendly etc etc
