Cubby of the Moonlight Crusaders

Today I logged into SRo around 5PM in game time. I ran around for a bit killing a few mobs and at around 9PM the AC popped right next to me. I tagged him, and as you can see from the screenshots provided he attacks me right away.
After this I start to twist some dots and a snare on him, at about 60% Cubby nukes the AC killing it and and loots the mob.
Immediately I call him out telling him he will be reported to a GM and Guild Officer and the bad excuses start.
I petitioned him and tried to get a hold of an officer from Moonlight Crusaders so I send Caek a tell from the guild who tells me "That doesn't make any sense". This isn't so surprising I guess our first instinct is to defend guildies but seriously ....?
Anyway enough talk the screenshots will show enough proof along with a guide showing up. The guide looked at time-stamp which showed I tagged the mob 90 seconds before Cubby even showed up.
I am posting this because this is a scumbag move and he should be shamed for wasting peoples time IE. the guides who had to straighten it out.
P.S. He actually casted SOW on me after he looted the ring and scooted.
