i've had pretty close, like 2 points short, but i'm a barb so my hit rate sucks without avatar. only happens once in a blue moon.

I have like 10gb of logs on Anime so I could probably dig it up, but that would take forever. I'm STR capped, and TMO used to constantly spam Avatar on me during PoG era when I was the only active DPS (before a few others rerolled rogue)
