AG has been doing their thing since late 2012 without any "mergers" and is certainly far more consistent, friendly, and inclusive than any other group of pathetic neckbeard cuck "raiders" this server has known

GG Nemce et.al. the server needs more pickup "raids" without thinly-veiled ulterior motives

Cant do much about the levels but when I run loot on an open raid I only give 30 seconds or so to roll on it (or send me a tell that you're dead) to freeze out the afkers.

I'll be that guy.

Is loot randoming even across the board?

Do 46's and 60's both roll the same range for loot?

/random 0 10x(Level) imo

I'll be that guy, too.

Guild raids are no better, especially with DKP. The guys who've been in the guild longest win the good stuff even if they happen to be that afk-er casting greater heals.

If you want special treatment, form your own raid and make that part of the announcement (this raid is for me, I'm special, I will get what I want).

But, if you want people to show up, participate, and have fun, in an open raid... all egos must be checked at the door. Everyone enters on equal footing.

We are rolling, got about 55 currently. We are right near the zone in so if you want to join, come on down.

This is still going strong! I've moved some things in my schedule to extend my leading.

Many thanks to you, and everyone else who showed up.

I was the last one to leave zone. I confirmed no corpses and me alone in zone when I gated out.

So this was just as much of a learning experience for me as for many of those in attendance. I believe you will see more of these in the future, at varying times to assist other time zones and so my guild doesn't mutiny me for continued cancelling of our morning Saturday HoT raids.

Expect better, more efficient raids each time!
Thanks for spending your Saturday with me!

Thanks to everyone for coming out, we were there like six hours and only had one wipe at the end. We had 50-65 people the whole time.
