Darksinga cheated once as far as I know. Red has multiple cheat offenders allowed to come back. Nizzar got the boot because Derubael smelled his pixels.

Darksinga and a lot of others cheat on every box they play on. The best you can do is tell GMs and hope there are active GMs to ban them when they are caught.
