Which Server has the pure Launch Everquest game? No expansions?

One last question, are the Pop-Up Tips in-game broken?

Every now and again I get a pop up in-game that is supposed to show me a tip on game mechanics, but its blank, it shows nothing.

Is this a bug or There were no pop-up tips in Classic Everquest?
